The hotel boasts a serene location in a park area and is perfect for those who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city center. the rooms are clean and comfortable with beautiful furnishings and fine amenities. the TV can be watched through the bathroom mirror - an amazing feature that is not often seen at other hotels.
The service is not up to par with some guests not being informed about the pool closure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The grounds were well-maintained and provided us with a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to shuttle us quickly between buildings. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit every palate.
Can't fault anything about it.

Staying here was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities and excellent service from the staff. the spacious rooms were beautifully decorated with high, end furnishings. the Spa & wellness centre provided all the relaxation and pampering one could ask for. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all kept immaculate. the private facilities were top, notch, with high, quality toiletries and a well, stocked minibar. the restaurant served delicious meals, while the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind with a drink.
The only minor complaint I had was the location, which made it difficult to explore the city without relying on taxis or public transportation. this was a minor issue in light of the other positives.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our recent city trip. The location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to the metro station and nearby attractions. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a lovely park and serene lakes. The room amenities were impressive, including comfortable beds, plush linens, and a luxurious bathroom with a TV in the mirror. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and exceptional room service.
Though the hotel offered wired internet in the rooms, we were disappointed to find that there was no option for wireless internet. while the hotel was generally quiet and peaceful, there was a bit of noise from the nearby roads.
